About
About Me
Dr. Cecilia Younger is a certified mediator and arbitrator. Combining her extensive research experience and business and law background, she guides people to their own solutions while avoiding court imposed ones.
Dr. Younger holds a bachelors degree in psychology from the University of California San Diego. A masters in law from Washington University, a LLM in maritime law from the International Maritime Law Institute and a master's in public health from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Her doctorate is in education from The University of Iowa.
